I met up with my manager over coffee and we discussed our philosophies about education. how kids learn, and talked about my comfort with doing voice-over instruction in English and Reading SAT subjects. She showed me the software we'd use and then explained that I'd be working remotely and that was basically it.

Interview
I did an online Skype interview with one of the managers. The interviewer was very accommodating and helpful as we tried to find a good time. We chatted and then she just asked why I wanted to do this, what experience I had, and just got a feel of whether or not I would be a good employee. Overall it was a good experience and I was especially impressed with that particular manager. So, yeah, that is about all that I have to say about this situation.
