The owner needed a responsible employee in a pinch, and therefore my interview process was very easy and straightforward. Upon informing the owner of my start date, I was hired on the spot to begin the following week. It was a good experience.

The interview process was very straightforward and the interview was given by the owner himself. As a seasonal business operation with under 30 employees, the culture was very laid back. Overall a positive experience.
