Overall not a great experience. I started the conversation with 1 recruiter and she totally ghosted and then I eventually got bounced to another. They had me do 6 interviews total and eventually pivoted roles/teams they wanted me to join.. all in all, I didn’t end up getting an offer due to my background not being a fit. I completely understand but was frustrated with the process as that should’ve been communicated earlier in the process and could’ve saved me the time.

Interview
The interview process was a positive experience from start to finish! There was a 30 minute phone screening with the recruiter where she explained the role, the salary range, and the interview process. Next, there was a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager followed by a panel of interviews with 2 other teammates and then one final interview with the VP. I thought the process was extremely organized and I was kept in the loop about timeline throughout the whole thing.
