Interview
I met with 2 people from the program. They read questions off from a paper. It was about a page and a half of questions. The questions weren’t the usual/ general interview questions that every company circulates. They more so want to assess your knowledge and values.

* How would you assess for suicidal ideation?
* What’s a recovery model?
* What’s your experience working with diverse populations?

* How do you manage stress?
Engaging interview. As intern they ask questions regarding theory, have a foundational theory in mind. The process was comfortable and professional. Lengthly interview that lasted about two hours. Typical questions involved previous experience.
