Interview
I was invited back for a second formal interview at the actual office. Three current employees had a 10 page packet and they each took turns asking me a question from a page to cover a wide range of topics. It was very formal and I was a little stressed/nervous but the employees were friendly and made it as less stressful as possible. I was able to skip a question and return to it later on.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a co-worker who was not meeting expectations.
Initial phone call screening went well, the recruiter was welcoming and explained the position and future career options at Turner. I got to ask questions and got offered a additional interview.
