The employees are friendly. It becomes clear that they are primarily interested in knowing if they would like working with you, not so much technicality.
All behavioral questions. First interview was with three recruiters, the second was of four 1-on-1 45 minute interviews followed by a job site tour.

Interview
Everything was easy and communication was great. I applied via Linkedin and got a quick interview call from HR. Then I went on to interview with General Manager and Vice President. Then I got the offer call from HR personnel I kept in touch with throughout the process. The entire process from start to finish was about 1.5-2 months while they were hiring and interviewing others as well.
