Once the interview was over they informed me how long it might be to determine if I would make it to the next round which would include going to their office and meeting other senior executives. Describe how you work within a cross-functional team — owners, architects, contractors.
The interview process was straightforward and professional. I first applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. The interview consisted of a conversation about my experience, previous projects, technical skills, and how I handle teamwork and deadlines. The interviewer was friendly and explained the responsibilities of the role clearly. The process was organized and overall the difficulty felt average.
