      Growth Manager Interview

      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at TubeScience

      Interview

Five rounds of interviews including one case study (that took forty five minutes). Moved very fast, interview process lasted around three weeks. Same questions were asked over and over again (same questions were asked in the case study). Seemed like a waste of time to converse about the same thing over and over again, recruiter was great and extremely helpful though.

I applied online. I interviewed at TubeScience (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2025

      Interview

I want to share my recent experience with this company's interview process, which I found to be extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The process started with an assessment test, followed by a video interview with Myriam from HR. Unfortunately, she didn’t turn on her camera during the call, which made the conversation feel one-sided and disengaged. It felt like I was talking to myself, which is not what I would expect from a professional setting. Despite that, I did my best and progressed through the next stages, which included a technical interview with the functional manager, a client analysis case study, and finally, an in-person interview. The entire process took around four weeks. After the final round, communication from HR completely stopped. It took over three weeks to hear anything back, and during that time, I noticed that the job description kept changing—from requiring just Excel to suddenly listing Python and SQL, which raised red flags for me. In my opinion, the process felt disorganized and possibly misleading. It gave me the impression that they are conducting interviews without any real intention of hiring. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think twice before applying and potentially wasting their time.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at TubeScience (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

Had to fill out 6 pages of questions on a google doc, describing multiple scenarios and difficult situations all to never receive a follow-up email from the team. The questions were detailed and required a lot of thought, and it was only the second round of interviews.

      Question 1

You’re speaking with the CFO of a fortune 500 company. And they would like to bring in the creative and ad management in house, but it’s better at TubeScience. How would you approach the CFO and show him that you have more efficient ads spend than the in-house team at the company he works for. Describe all scenarios in which you would do this and why.
