One round of HR interview Second round with Design Lead, Interviewer focused on quick responses, dug up educational background and past projects worked on, material knowledge, skills and mindset, gave a brief of how things work at truww and what the role looks like.

It is a 3-round interview with HR, the design manager and the CEO. It was not a very serious interview. Most of the questions are based on technical details. Salary negotiation takes place after clearing the final round. Be confident about your expectations as there is a high chance of underpaying.
