a complete waste of time. asking personal questions not related to job. not given time to ask questions .ask irrelevant questions that has nothing to do with work. they avoid answering important questions
Interview process is in the form of a career talk, giving an insight into the company itself. Later, the staff in the production assessed you on your skills. The whole process wasted around 2 hours plus.

in general, the management will be asked those very standard questions, the interview was done first by the COO then by the CEO. Just need to know your stuff well and speak confidently and ask management in-depth questions will help a lot.
