So it started in September, and I cleared 2 rounds of the interview and was preparing for the 3rd. After my second interview clearance around 18th of September, the team kept delaying the 3rd round and after sending multiple emails and would get only one silly update at the end of the week and then again disappeared. After 1.5 months of clearing the second round, the HR gets back to me saying sorry we will not be going further as blah blah blah! Horrible experience, this just shows lack of management within the company. This also shows how they don’t value their employees and have absolute no respect for them. I am glad to witness it in the start. I spend entire week preparing the presentation that I never got to present. Waste of time!
