I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TrustLayer (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
Spoke with recruiter, then silence for weeks. Then asked to schedule a video interview with someone on the team where we talked very little about the role and went in depth about my resume. Then asked to meet in person in Tampa co-working space where once again I was only asked questions about my previous roles 5+ years ago with nearly nothing about TrustLayer, the role, or anything. I was told next step was to work on a project and then ghosted.

Interview
Got an email saying that I would be a good fit for their team. Next step is you get asked to record a "little role-playing" presentation over loom. You have to present a hypothetical project, record it and then send it to them.
