HR screening call then Hiring manager interview call. Hiring manager call was going well until he introduced the Digital Marketing skill as a must - this was not indicated anywhere on the job description or in the HR screening call. This was a waste of their time and my own, leaving a somewhat poor taste of their job description clarification or maybe they just had someone else already in mind.
