Initial response to application came as a request for a Skype interview with less than 24 hours' notice. Could not be available. Rescheduling took weeks, without clear communication. Ultimately was scheduled for a Skype interview at 6:00AM Pacific time, though I had asked for consideration of time difference. Interview was canceled via email 45 minutes before the scheduled interview time. At this point I asked for a salary range to make sure the process was worth my time, and I was told that salary information would only be provided later in the process. Asked for a later interview time upon rescheduling, and after more weeks without communication, was scheduled for a 6:30AM interview! Interview was about 45 minutes, and consisted almost entirely of soliloquy about the company and its mission, with few questions directed to me. When prompted to ask questions, I asked, and the question was treated with disdain and was not answered. I asked no more questions. Overall the strangest and most frustrating interview process that I have experienced.
