True Mental Health Services interview questions

Personality test make you watch a video when you get there. then in person interview made me fill out forms for a background check. The interviewer was ackward and weird and lacked social skills. They had another candidate scheduled around the same time as me which was unprofessional I think they mixed up the team lead who was supposed to interview us! Just shows how unorganized this company is also the pay is low and they want you to get higher insurance. I dodged a bullet I ended up getting a better case manager position else where!!!

Interview/ conversation with various team members including directors and team leaders. Very easy going and they are truly just trying to understand you motivations on working with the company. Being able to be personable and honest goes a very long way.
