      HR Business Partner Interview

      Apr 1, 2026

      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Trucordia

      Interview

Pretty standard process. Main negative in my mind was that there were too many elements of the role that were "in flux" or that the company was "figuring out" even as interviews were taking place. Seemed like they were stalling or wasting my time while they got their act together in terms of determining what territory and with whom the role would actually be working with. As basic as that sounds, it is true, and therefore most of my questions either couldn't be answered or were answered nebulously, which was disrespectful. Wouldn't have accepted an offer because of the lacking clarity, but they made that part easy.
