The process took nearly two months, with inconsistent communication and delayed responses. Despite being highly qualified, I was rejected, and they hired someone with significantly less experience. The post-interview interactions felt insincere, which left me questioning the fairness of the hiring process. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that lacked transparency.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Tru Fragrance (Willowbrook, IL) in Apr 2025

Question 1
What makes me want to work here. Do you have reliable transportation. Do you have references and how soon could start.
I felt like I was in a police station. One zoom interview and 6 in-person interviews. I felt like I was interrogated with the same questions by six people for a role that is the one of it's kind at this
company. It was a painful experience. It was extremely hard to work with that type of pressure, since you don't know what they are looking for in a candidate.
