The interview process was smooth; the panel was flexible and welcoming. I had 4 HR personnel and a supervisor from my department. The scheduling process was okay too, they were considerate of my time and schedule.

The interviewer's approach lacked positivity from the beginning, immediately delving into questioning without allowing for a comprehensive introduction. Despite your attempts to convey your background, interruptions and a focus on hardware development created a challenging atmosphere. The in-depth questions, accompanied by unwarranted shaming, reflected poorly on the interviewer's professionalism. Furthermore, the tendency to initially dismiss correct answers and later provide the same response with an owner's explanation demonstrated inconsistency. The revelation that you were not suitable for the position was delivered without due consideration, as further questions and shaming persisted. Overall, the interviewer's consistently negative attitude and poor people skills marred the interview experience, making it difficult to recommend working with such a challenging peer in the future.
