Interview
I was contacted via zoom online platform. In first round we had a group interview. It was fairly basic, we introduced ourselves (our education and interests), and we were asked what we want to do. However, they offered us to be a part of program "Moja prva plata" which would gave us 200 EUR a month.

Interview
Standard: Interests, strengths, weaknesses and a little case on how to make a repayment schedule. Relatively simple case, but as far as I know there has only been one employee who made the case without any error.
