I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Trinity3 Technology
Interview
The interview process was a complete joke. Before I even stepped into the room, I was met by a rude individual who was one of the three interviewees. I had trouble finding the parking lot due to lack of signage and was a few minutes late as a result. Right off the bat I was condescendingly asked if I was someone who is consistently late.
After stepping into the room, I was interviewed by 3 individuals for close to 45 minutes. Unlike the typical interview at any other company, 3 people proceeded to ask close to 2 dozen in-depth questions for a job that pays less than what you would make at McDonalds ($13 an hour!).
I was given a tour of the facility and it was downright depressing. Think 99 male : 1 female ratio. The entire job consists of sitting on a workbench repairing Chromebooks and other business machines for schools. Everyone looked depressed, bored, or stressed out. I saw 1 woman in the entire workplace.
This is a job that I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you were a desperate high-school senior. You're better off flipping burgers, I guarantee it.
