The first two interviews were fine, however the recruiter flaked on responding backing back for the next interview. I sent a few follow up emails, and no responses yet. So it felt like a bad experience. It also felt odd that the recruiter didn’t know how to work with different time zones, especially if the position is based on the west coast. She kept demanding me to send her my availability in eastern times. It’s a shame because I was really interested in continuing the interview process, but I never received any information whether or not I was still in the process or not for the role.
