The candidate must now the crud operations in any framework but they will take you for any frontend development or full stack development other than the language you are good at and after 2 months of training they will say you are not fit for the role and the 2 months training is no pay and at last they will say you are the one who is beneficial because of the training. I don't know how now a student has to pursue a career in the same language as one. and the excellent part is the training the trainer will come and say that you have to copy and paste these and those don't say why.
