I applied through other source. I interviewed at Tribe Impact Capital in Sep 2024
Interview
I recently went through an extensive process with Tribe Impact Capital, which included completing an Excel test, answering pre-recorded interview questions, and then attending an interview that focused on my previous experience and how I could contribute to the firm. While I did my best and fulfilled every requirement, I was ultimately rejected without any feedback, despite following up.
What stood out to me, though, wasn’t the rejection itself but the lack of respect and professionalism throughout the process. As a candidate, I invested a significant amount of time and effort to meet their expectations, and it felt disheartening to be left in the dark afterward. Even if the interview didn’t go as planned on my end, respect should be extended regardless of the outcome. That’s how you leave someone with a positive impression of the firm.
It’s ironic that their work revolves around "impact" because that level of accountability and respect should also be reflected in how they treat potential employees. Given this experience, I wouldn’t recommend working there, and I hope this feedback encourages more transparency and professionalism in the future.
