Interview

Interview
I was interested in Triad because of the positive Glassdoor reviews. However, my interview experience did not match the reviews. Bad signs about the company kept creeping up during the interview process. Such as:
1) They kept changing the role it was I was interviewing for. Not only the job function, but the job type: it went from temp, to temp-to-perm, to full-time only.
2) I was originally quoted a salary at the beginning of the process, but this got retracted. They never gave a revised salary number. It seemed they were trying to get me to accept an offer before they would tell me the salary. I'm sorry, but without a salary number, there is no offer to accept.
3) Multiple people during the on-site visit were telling me about personality conflicts happening, with people who were no longer with Triad. In fact--it was the reason the position I was interviewing for was vacant.
4) The process just dragged on and on, for more than a month. All the while, still no salary. And this whole time, they knew I was talking to other companies, who wanted answers. This caused me to unfairly drag out the process with other companies, because I was waiting on Triad (when I shouldn't have).
5) They promised expenses for the plant trip would be reimbursed at the end of the interview. This did not occur.
6) Really bad accommodations. Not what you want to do when you're trying to impress a candidate.
In the end, I quit waiting on them. Triad told me to wait "just a little longer" one last time, which I didn't.
