When I applied, I kept following up with them inviting them to interview me, until they did. Then the interview itself was a straight forward interview process that lasted about an hour. Typical interview questions were asked, such as: Tell us a bit about yourself, about your weaknesses and strengths, about a time you faced a challenge and how you overcame it., etc.Then they contact you if they wish to give you a job offer.

I was asked basic questions like what type of responsibilities I had in my previous customer service jobs, how many times had I been tardy in the past and how comfortable I felt counting money. The interview process altogether took about 2 days. I applied and was called the same day for an interview the next day. I met with the Regional Manager, and then the VP of Retail Banking for the In Stores. The interview did not feel stressful or rushed- I felt very at ease with the questions and pace.
