Interviewed with a manager who was wet under the ears and knew I had much more experience than she did. Second interview with two senior leaders. Walked away with the feeling I was being age discriminated because I am totally qualified for the position. Was ghosted by both who didn’t have the courtesy to even inform me they had selected someone else. What a professional organization! Keep looking beyond this place.

Thorough interview panel. Impressive questions and ability to relate to the person being interviewed. Time allotment for casual questioning towards the end for two-way interview. Opportunities for advancement were discussed and elaborated upon.
