Interview process fairly straight-forward, requires you to break-down your CV and previous work experience and outline how this could apply to your role at Treliant. Also good to have knowledge of Treliant as a Company, ie their current growth and locations that they operate from. Another point to highlight is it you’re open to a potential relocation, ie on the client site.

Very disorganized. Applied months ago and had multiple conversations with HR that led to nowhere. Finally I messaged the MD of the department on linkedin and he instructed HR to setup an interview. He canceled the morning of the interview and had the interview scheduled with someone else from the company I had not heard of before that moment. The phone interview lasted about an hour and the person who interviewed me asked what the next steps were. I said I was not sure. I didn't hear anything back for a week so I figured nothing would come of it. Finally I emailed the HR rep to confirm that I would be moving on to other opportunities. She refused to email me and after playing phone tag for three days she called to say they weren't moving forward now but to keep in touch. I hung up. Most disorganized company I have interviewed at in my career.
