I applied through an employee referral. I got a call after 4+ weeks.
First-round was a SQL test which has some basic multiple-choice SQL questions, after that, it was 1:1 interview on skype.

Questions were on ML, SQL(group by, window functions) and Statistics. And a lot of questions that were not at all related to this role.
