Interview
I submitted my resume and cover letter through my college job database. I was contacted for a phone interview a month later, followed by two phases of skill testing. The skill tests were translation and proofreading tests. After this, I had more phone interviews, and then eventually a full day of in-person interviews with multiple groups of people.
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.
5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
Briefing with Human Resources team and interview with team head. Team head mentioned the company background and job details. Also gave a brief idea of the working environment, company benefits .
