VP used Skype to have a phone call with me and it was not to long, for about 20 minutes. Then I needed to have an interview with the manager of localization department.

The whole process was very clear and focused. All questions were specific for the field. Since it was the holidays, I had to wait a while for the result, but they have a good feedback.
