      Cycle Count Lead Interview

      Jun 17, 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Charlotte, NC
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trane Technologies (Charlotte, NC) in May 2011

      Interview

I had three telephone conversations. The first was a brief screening to verify basic items on my resume, my interest in the job and my availability. The second was more like a condensed interview with the HR manager. The third was a full interview with the HR manager, the hiring manager and a peer manager. The phone interview lasted an hour and a half. About a week later I received a rejection email. The entire process was professional and friendly. I look forward to my next opportunity with Ingersoll Rand.
