I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trane Technologies (La Crosse, WI) in Sep 2023
Interview
Long process, a bit strung out. Overall nice people and a decent experience. I wish they would speed up the process earlier. Sounds like they picked a candidate over a week before they decided to let me know I did not get the position.

Interview
I applied to Trane through my college placement drive. Only a few students were shortlisted for interviews — some faced technical questions while others were asked only HR-related questions. Surprisingly, only the candidates who had HR rounds were selected, which made the process feel inconsistent and not a fair evaluation of everyone’s skills. The experience could have been more transparent and balanced
