I had two online video interviews lasting about an hour each. There were weeks between interviews and the overall process took about 6 weeks. I was waiting for over three weeks from my final interview and when they finally came to a decision.

I received an email for a panel interview - without ever having a recruiter contact me prior. The panel interview was with 4 people in the IT area that the role was for. There were behavioral questions and some position related questions. The interview seemed to go well.
I did not receive any feedback or updates from recruiting or anyone at Trane . It has been 6 weeks. I did receive an automatd email to complete EEO questions today however. Sorry - not logging in to do that.
