Talked at career fair, interviewed next day. A lot of behavioral questions and questions about past experience, not too many of the typical interview questions you see on the interview.

There were situation questions asking how you would handle certain problems or occurrences in their operation. Can be difficult if you aren't familiar with the company/program

Interview
Interview went well. They really make sure that you know about the company and role you are stepping into. Very receptive to questions about their company and culture. They also had people there with varying years of experience to speak with so you could get and idea of what its like at all levels of your career.

Went over Resume specific questions. Then for the STAAR behavioral, they asked me to talk about one experience in which I was a leader.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trane Technologies (La Crosse, WI) in Nov 2023
Interview
Only one round interview with a panel of three hiring managers and they recorded the interview to show it to the other hiring managers.
The scheduled interview was of 45 minutes.
Though it continued for 15 more minutes.

Their process is simply amazing just make sure to answer all of the questions and you’ll be fine! They provided me with some information about the company so I can get prepared for it! Which made it easier for me
