1199 will send you an email link, you will answer the link for an appointment date, and the interview depends on the organization they send you to. You get a call to schedule an appointment, you have to be there by 9am, you sit and wait to be called with all your documents prepared, you take a soft skills test, and wait to be called for an interview.
