Phone first and then in person. And also zoom . You may meet several people.The process to be hired can be greater than 14 days due to start dates are preset.

First interview was pretty informal…more of an informational meeting. Met with two (friendly) managers. Second interview was with higher ups (via zoom). This too, wasn’t too formal. Two gentlemen interviewed me for roughly 20 mins.
