I had a really positive experience interviewing at TradingHub, with Spencer always being very transparent and helpful at all stages about the role and environment. All the interviewers were friendly and engaging. I had 4 stages - a screening call, a technical round talking about experience and technologies, a leetcode-style coding round and a final interview, receiving feedback quickly at each point. I also got to talk to a couple of the team members, who were all very positive about the work interest and environment. I ended up declining the offer after a lot of deliberation in favour of another as the tech stack at tradinghub (mainly C#) was not quite what I wanted, but I got a very positive energy from the company.
