It's all scripted, impersonal and easy to get through if you don't get too nervous taking generic questions. I had a phone call with HR followed by hangouts with direct report and team manager.

The questions were very scripted and predictable. "Tell me about a time when you successfully handled a difficult situation at work", "How would your co-workers describe you", and so on.
