      Software Engineer Interview

      Apr 9, 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Track

      Interview

Phone interview where I was asked to share each and every idea I had for their website, which they appreciated. Then, they refused to respond to any email I sent or answer my phone calls. What level of professionalism can you expect from a "VP" that is too scared to answer the phone? Classic "We'll take your ideas and run." scenario. I am doubtful they have any position they are actually offering. Further, the company's executive team prides themselves as highly experienced tech professionals - they are running old versions of WordPress that fail to pass basic benchmarks and selling the same to their clients, independents lodges, resorts, and hotels. Avoid at all costs.
