The interview process was comprehensive in nature, but laid-back in approach. There were numerous rounds of interviews, but the conversations were informative and reprehensive of the company. While the interview process was often technical, it was also about the company's culture and my personality fit.

Truly the best process I was involved in. This has likely changed, or will with the change to Veralto. I had a screener with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager + director. It then had a presentation, which was to show key skills for the role. It ended with a quick CEO check in.
