There were 4 stages in the application process. 1. Upload CV & Cover Letter 2. Application Questions - around the company, role, and motivations 3. Video interview - 5 questions where you had some time to prepare and re-record if needed. 4. Assessment Centre - consisting of 4 tasks - Individual & Group analysis, Individual Interview, and Individual presentation.
