Phone interview, followed by assessment center, followed by a final interview with department heads. Rejected in this last stage. Assessment center and interview were all fairly standard, mainly questions about why I was interested in the job/company with some questions about when in the past I had demonstrated certain skills I was disappointed with the lack of feedback considering I had to travel to Derby twice and wasn't even offered compensation for the trip.
