I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2017
Interview
Phone call, email, phone call, email, phone call, phone call, then I agreed to an interview...phone call, skype call, phone call, lots of texts, HW assignment, in person interview with the question "why sales?" asked approximately 14 times. It was a long process. I feel as if they took way too much of my time to not make an offer. I am sure they knew well before hand that I was not what they were looking for. When I have been job searching for quite some time, this really felt like they were leading me on. I was quite bummed to not get an offer since I focused much of my energy on this opportunity, and they were very adamant about interviewing me.

Interview
During the interview process it was super easy communicating with the recruiter. During the process I like how you get to go in and shadow 2 people to see how the calling and prospecting works. Over very nice

Interview
Solid, Would recommend anyone who is passionate about sales and wanting the ability to earn uncapped commission. Base pay is low so understand it is very much an "Eat what you kill" environment

Interview
The recruiter explained the interview process very well and happily answered any questions I had. There were a total of 3 interviews. The first was a phone call, the second one was where you went into the office to meet the recruiter, and the third interview was with the hiring manager. In between interviews, you had to do a small homework assignment that helps you understand the industry a bit better. There is also an assessment but they provide you with study materials.
