Interview
The interview was in 2011. At the time I was the current general construction superintendent at 3M Cottage Grove for PCL Construction Services. PCL lost the contract. I had the option to interview with Total Const. or stay with PCL. I interviewed with the owners son Bill Krech at TCE wanted to hire me as a co/ general foreman. After an approximately three to four hour meeting I left with a job offer which I accepted for superintendent at 3M Cottage (my current position). I held the sups job until retirement in 2019.

Interview
There really wasn't one. I was hired out of the hall for a week. It lasted over 3 years. I called the Superintendent after being given his number, showed up, answered a couple questions, filled out paperwork (I9, W4, non-disclosure agreement), and went to badging for orientation.
