3 step interview, not that hard but questions get repetitive. asks you about your work ethic, interest, future goals. interviewers are nice. you don't need any certifications. there is role play.

Very lengthy. Many hoops to jump through. Basically, if you seem like an extremely up beat, happy person with lots of potential "TAUC magic" then you will get the job.
