Question 1
What would you do if they was an incident in the classroom and you are only there as a supply teacher?
I interviewed at Toronto District School Board (Toronto, ON)
Interview
2 principals, one writes, and the other asks questions. Describe a professional or relevant teaching experience where you incorporated TDSB’s multi-year plan. Provide specific examples of how you ensured equity and inclusion in your classroom. Provide specific examples of when you worked with undesearved students/students with special needs. Consider a specific unit of study that you have designed, planned and taught Briefly describe the process you used in planning this unit. How did you assess student learning in this unit and help students who are not progressing to the next level? How did you evaluate student achievement in this unit? What did you learn from this experience? The process took quite a while, but overall worth it!
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Toronto District School Board (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview experience was great. Super friendly and personal interviewers. There were two interviewers asking questions. One writes while the other asks and they take turns. here were about 5 quick questions, mostly experience based questions about inclusive classroom and management.
