The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Torch

      Interview

I applied online and was set up with an interview with the department manager for the following week. It was about 45 minutes of getting to know me. Very transparent and casual. Then a follow up interview was set for the next week. I interviewed with some people in the position that asked more role specific and situational questions. The next interview was a presentation to the department. I feel as though the amount of interviews is a bit unnecessary considering the pay is so low. The second interview could be mixed with the first of at least scheduled sooner to make the interview process around two weeks instead of 4+
