I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Topshop (Birmingham, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
Group interview, started off very informal and relaxed, ice breaker questions e.g. "What 3 things would you take with you to a desserted island?"
We were then asked to create an outfit against the basis of a specification, in my case it was a uni student living on campus.
Followed by an individual interview.

Question 1
Give an example of a time you have given good customer service?
one interview with a brand manager. The interview was about 30 min. The manager was very nice and asked me about my future plans. He asked me to go through my cv and explain some of the positions
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Topshop (Maidenhead, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview was a positive experience. No questions were asked that threw me or put me on the spot. The questions were straightforward and what would be expected for a retail job.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Topshop in Sep 2019
Interview
An informal group interview for the most part and then a very short individual one where they asked more about experience and education based questions rather than situational ones. They then took us all down to the shop floor and they oversaw our customer service level as well as selling capabilities.
