Spoke with HR first, they started with an overview of Company/Role which was helpful. A few unique questions. Then hiring manager and a panel. It took a longer time (4 weeks) but was told early on it was a longer process.
HR provided a nice outline the company and the role, and took time to answer my questions. Mentioned process may take a while, which it did. Ultimately they paused hiring on the role.
