Very easy. Friendly staff and managers, and nice employee discount on food. Would recommend to someone who’s new to serving! Menu is easy to memorize and it’s pretty casual most nights!

I met with them in the afternoon. We talked about my experience. They gave me a tour of the restaurant and said I'd be quizzed on the menu. Then was given a tour of the kitchen area and shown the food, how it's presented etc.
